Ben Frame

Hayley and myself came to Frame Grain and Seed in 2008 to help my parents run the business. We came from working in the Sheep and Beef industry for many years, ranging from high country mustering to rolling and flat farming. Outside Frame Grain and Seed I enjoy following round our three kids, Clare, Tom and Lilly, on our farm in Rotherham. I also enjoy watching rugby and going hunting.

Simon Thorne - Senior Agronomist

I have been a part of the Frame Grain & Seed team for the last 4 years, prior to joining the team I was an Agronomist with another company for 16 years. Outside of work I enjoy farming with my wife and two boys and love socialising with friends and hunting when I get time.

Argonomist

Simon Bailey - Senior Agronomist

I have been on the road for nearly 9 years with my previous company before making the change to Frame Grain & Seeds in September 2020. In my spare time I enjoy hunting and family time.

Matt Hickey - Agronomist

I have been at Frame Grain & Seeds for 3 years full time, before that I attended Lincoln University as well as doing holiday work for Ben before starting full time. Outside of work I spend a lot of time coaching and playing rugby for Hurunui and enjoy the odd game of golf.
